A Trip to Living Planet Aquarium

Today we decided to take the kids to Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy.  Loni and Ben also came with their kiddies.  All in all it was a good time for the kids.  I would recommend a trip to the zoo over this though.  The jellyfish and the octopus made it worth the trip.  I want a jellyfish like in the movie 7 Pounds!  J says its not safe with the kids but they are so mesmerizing to watch!

Dog Show.

A couple of weekends ago we went to the dog show to watch my Mom show one of her friends Siberian Huskies.  I haven't been in years, but I used to show back when I was 12ish.  It was fun to go see all the dogs again.  Akitas are my favorite breed and below are a few pics of some that were shown that day.  They are such gorgeous dogs.  Hopefully one day when we have a house we will be able to get one!  It seems like a silly event but its definitely a hobby I could get into again.  J was such a good sport to go b/c its not so fun if you don't know what's going on.  The pics aren't great cuz I was having camera issues.
